This Return and Refund Policy applies to digital products and services purchased from Biosnyligamentiu through biosnyligamentiu.ddd. We are located at Päivärinteentie 10, 58180 Ihamaniemi, Finland.

Digital Product Nature

All products offered on our platform are digital services delivered electronically. These include platform access licenses, diagnostic tool subscriptions, and calendar sync packages. No physical goods are shipped.

Right of Withdrawal

Under European Union consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the transaction date without providing a reason. To exercise this right, notify us in writing at help@biosnyligamentiu.world before the 14-day period expires.

If you have accessed or downloaded digital content during the withdrawal period with your explicit prior consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal, the withdrawal right may not apply once delivery has begun.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• A valid withdrawal request is received within 14 days of purchase and platform access has not been activated.
• A technical issue prevents access to purchased services and our support team cannot resolve it within 5 business days.
• A duplicate charge occurred due to a payment processing error.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available when:

• Platform access has been activated and content has been consumed or downloaded.
• The 14-day withdrawal period has expired without a prior request.
• The request is based on dissatisfaction with routine content where the product was delivered as described.

Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at help@biosnyligamentiu.world with your order details, purchase date, and reason for the request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Cancellation

Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not entitle you to a partial refund for the remaining subscription period unless covered by the withdrawal right above.

Team and Enterprise Licenses

Team Sync packages may have separate contractual terms agreed upon at the time of purchase. Refund conditions for enterprise licenses are outlined in the applicable service agreement.
